Returns are free for orders delivered in mainland France. For an immediate refund, here is how to proceed:

So that your return is processed as quickly as possible:

The return being made under your responsibility, we invite you to pay particular attention to the closing of the package.
Upon receipt of your package, and after examination of the returned clothing, we will proceed to your refund.
Delivery costs are reimbursed only when the order is returned in full.
We promise to reimburse you within 10 days of the arrival at the warehouse of your return package.
We will reimburse you on the same payment method used to pay for the order.
If this has expired, we will be required to issue a credit for the total amount of the returned item (s), or for the entire order if it is fully returned. .
For orders delivered outside mainland France, you also have 15 days to return any item in your order to us. Returns are however your responsibility (regardless of where you post your return).
